In most states used oil is a "regulated" material, but is not "hazardous" by definition. Be sure to research your state and local regulatory guidelines to be certain.
Does my used oil have value?
Depending on the market, the value of used oil can increase or decrease. Your individual situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Such things as location, volume, frequency and number of locations will be factored in.
Is there a minimum amount of used oil required to work with Denver Oil?
We generally will only service a business that has 1 (U.S. drum) 55 gallons or more. Any amount less than that we recommend you drop it off at a (DIY) location. If you need assistance in finding a location, give us a call.
Do you pick up used cooking oil from my restaurant?
NO, Denver Oil only picks up USED PETROLEUM products, like engine oil and transmission fluid. We are looking for a company who picks up cooking oil, and we will post them here if we can find a reliable company for you to use.
Can I drop off my used oil to you?
We only offer a pickup service and do not have a drop off location at our facility.
Can you pick up my oil today?
We do offer emergency pickup service if you NEED a pickup today. Otherwise, we can usually get to you within a few days.
